Step-by-step setup guide

Follow these steps to get your account ready:

  1. Log in to your Hub — You'll receive an invitation email with a link. Click it to set your password and access your Hub for the first time.
  2. Review your onboarding plan — Head to the Onboarding section in the sidebar. You'll see every step laid out with due dates so you know exactly what's expected.
  3. Check your requests — Go to Requests to see any documents your Customer Success team has asked for. Each request shows what's needed and when it's due.
  4. Upload your documents — Navigate to Files and drag-and-drop your documents into the upload zone. Your team will be notified automatically.
  5. Invite your colleagues — Ask your Customer Success manager to send invitations to anyone else at your organisation who needs access.
  6. Explore help articles — Browse the Help section for guides on specific features. You can also use the chat widget to ask us anything.
